DELIVERY, RETURNS & REFUNDS
Fast Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders by the next working day, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Fridays will be dispatched the following Monday. Excluding public holidays.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. With an estimated delivery time within 2-3 working days.
NOTE: For any bulky orders we will contact the customer prior to shipping to confirm details.
Returns: 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Return Process: Before returning an item, please contact us by email at rich_goss@hotmail.co.uk, to initiate the return process. Please do not send the item back without first contacting us.
Refunds Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 working days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for the payment provider to process the refund and credit your account.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at rich_goss@hotmail.co.uk with a description of the damage and photographs. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve the issue. Options include, but are not limited to, a full refund. We will always cover the cost of returns in these cases.
No Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer exchanges.
